When you subscribe to our newsletter or buy an artwork from the gallery, you may provide us with your personal details, including name, postal and billing address, email address, phone number, professional details and personal interests.
When you contact us, or we contact you, we may collect details of the emails and other digital communications we send you that you open, including links from e.g. newsletters.

II. How and why we collect and use your personal data

Galleri Tom Christoffersen choose to collect and store your personal data to improve your experience with the gallery and to ease our means of communication with you. We want to be able to provide a high level of service and this require access to your contact details.

– To provide you with gallery news we believe are relevant for you.

If you choose to sign up to our gallery newsletter, you are giving us permission to store data about you and interact with you to provide the information you requested. Contact can take place over the phone, email, by post or through social media. To unsubscribe from receiving future marketing emails, you can follow the instructions on the top left of each email, and you will promptly be removed from our mailing list. You may continue to receive emails from the gallery individuals.

Galleri Tom Christoffersen will never sell or trade your personal data to outside parties. This does not include information sharing with any associated companies or service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or serving our customers and users so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
